Festaurant presents Mekong & Beyond: An East Asian Food Odyssey

Tampopo co-founder David Fox and MasterChef’s Jackie Kearney (The Hungry Gecko) present a delightful six course East Asian culinary extravaganza. With their mutual love of travel and food David and Jackie have come together with a team of Tampopo chefs to create a contemporary tasting menu with influences from the Indian Ocean to the South China Sea. The menu includes Tampopo classics and Jackie’s travel inspired dishes with a fine dining twist at this one off event in the beautiful surroundings of a pop up restaurant in Albert Square.

Vietnamese Lettuce Wrap Mint, Asian basil, coriander, cucumber, with a chilli, ginger and garlic sambal

 Asian Dumplings Little steamed, braised & fried parcels of deliciousness!

 Singapore Laksa with Lobster & Mussels Yellow noodles, lobster and mussels in a fiery coconut broth,  with mint, cucumber, red onion, tofu & lime

Malaysian Rendang served three ways Rich coconut curry served with beef, tempeh & jackfruit served with lime rice and Asian vegetable fritters

Vietnamese Creme Caramel Served with caramelised pineapple & ginger wafers

Half a bottle of wine (supplied by Hanging Ditch) included plus free lime and soda. May be subject to change, vegetarian & vegan options available
