We're excited to present a dedicated Kids Food Fest, in the heart of the city at the Festival Hub on Albert Square.

What better thing for you and your kids to have fun with, and learn about, than food?!

This new event will see our big 'Gastro Room' marquee transformed into a family food adventure featuring:

Cookie Baking and Decorating with Home Sweet Home.
Kids cooking demos and Cookery Academy.
Milkshake Tastings and Demos.
Smoothie Bar and Kids Grub
Cupcake Decorating
'Beehave Kids' Bee and Honey Area
Junior Allotment
Foodie Story Corner with Waterstones.
Pizza Making and Demonstrating.
Kids Chocolate Factory with Chocolate Cafe
Ice Cream!

The whole area will be devoted to masses of exciting activities, with things for kids to see, do, taste and try.
Plus there's plenty to keep the grown ups occupied with the Festival Bars (Oktoberfest and Real Ale Fest), Sunday Chill Out Live Music, Wine Bar, Street Food Fair and loads more...

Plus, you can travel to the Festival with Metrolink with the whole family for just £7! And the evnet itself is FREE. So this is a full family day out with attractions included - one not to be missed and we recommend you get their early!
