Friday 7th October 19:00 at Festival Hub, M2 5DB Price: £35

Departing from the Festival Hub, the Spirit and Cocktail Trails comprise an all inclusive night out around a selection of the cities top eating and drinking establishments. Starting at £35 a head, you will receive a night out worth more than £120 as the Liquorists take you on a trail to remember. In each of the 5 venues visited we will serve a cocktail and spirit sample and a bespoke food pairing with transport between venues and a feast at the end*. Each trail starts and finishes in the exciting Albert Square hub, with a different theme each night of the Festival, how many are you coming on?

Tonight, The Trail of the Flowing Bowl...
The first mixed drinks were punches created in the Indes and Sri Lanka before heading to the Caribbean with sailors and merchantmen. We will chart this progress and development from the simplest creations of spirit and spice, to the 21st century concoctions with dry ice and complex infusions. Give your tongue free reign to discover the wonderful world of the Flowing Bowl with Pisco ABA . We will visit a selection of the cities best rum bars as we island hop between Keko Moku, Hula, The Mojo Rhum Room, Sandinista and  the new and exciting tiki den from the guys behind the Blackdog Ballroom, The Liars Club. Each venue will create a unique punch and match it with a delicious array of Polynesian, South American and Caribbean food to satisfy foodie and cocktail fiend alike.

£35 a head all inclusive.
