The Birdhouse Cake Sale!
Talented Manchester cake makers are being asked to bake and donate a cake to Manchester’s biggest charity cakesale on this Festival, in the Gastro Room at the Festival Hub on Albert Square in aid of The Birdhouse Fund, a Manchester women’s charity.
In its fourth year, The Birdhouse Bake Off welcomes anything from cup cakes and chocolate brownies to meringues or marble cakes, and Birdhouse Birds will be on site selling their wares on the day.
To donate a cake to The Birdhouse Bake Off on 16th October, please contact Sian Ciabattoni on 07967384944 or email sian_ciabattoni@hotmail.com to let the team know what you will be bringing to the stand and to find out more about hosting your own cake sale.
