Enjoy a real treat from the North West as Living Ventures senior operations chef Dave Critchley, joins forces with Colin Woodall of award-winning Woodall’s Charcuterie to illustrate the delicious versatility of their range and its history within the region. You will get to sample the delights of proper British air-dried hams and salamis in a variety of dishes that Critchley will demonstrate on the day, with the same magic that has made restaurants like Artisan and Australasia the finest in the region.
