The Manchester Food and Drink Festival Hub returns to Albert Square for 2014 - with more food, drink, live music, tasting sessions, world and local craft beers, chocolate, cheese and street food. Blue Pig Cocktail Bar - Manchester (18th - 28th)
The Northern Quarter’s vintage inspired Blue Pig bar and restaurant will be selling bespoke cocktails for the duration of the Festival.
Housed in their own special Blue emporium, Festival goers can choose from a host of cocktails includinga fruity Festival Fizz (gin, blueberries, mint, lemon, ginger ale) and basil bramble (gin, crème de cassis, lemon) as well as the famous ‘Pig’s Irish Lemonade’ (Jameson’s, Triple Sec, lemon).
Vin Van Voom - Manchester (18th - 28th)
We love wine. You love wine. So let’s get together. Meet Vin Van Voom, a stylish mobile wine bar bringing high quality wines and fizz, uniquely sourced by their very own wine expert, to where it’s needed most...the Manchester Food & Drink Festival.
Their wines are a bit special, sourced from independent vineyards, chosen for drinkability, sophistication and value for money, served with smiles, passion and expertise.What’s more, they bring you all this in a retro 50’s-styled trailer, a vision in polished metal so distinctive and fascinating you’ll want to see what’s going on. Brothers Charlie and Rory Nelson built their own wood-fired pizza oven from scratch
Mumma Schnitzel – Manchester (18th - 23rd)
Created by a food-obsessed couple, all ingredients are locally sourced, including free range chicken from Styal.
Fair Game – Wirral, Merseyside (18th - 23rd)
Locally-sourced game with a street food twist. This ethical choice serves refined flavours with a laidback demeanour.
Chaophraya – Manchester (18th - 23rd)
A finer twist on traditional Thai Street Food. The dishes on offer include spicy and not so hot options.
Alberts Chop House – Manchester (18th - 23rd)
Tuck into the best of British pub food freshly prepared onsite with local ingredients, such as corned beef hash.
Dirty Dogs – Manchester (18th - 23rd)
Dirty dogs are all about the finest Frank’s and the tastiest toppings with a minimum 94% meat content and none of those nasty bits you’ll find in your average hot dog. (So not so dirty!)
Crêpe Lucette – Lincolnshire (18th - 23rd)
Trained in Brittany, the crêpe capital of the world, Crêpe Lucette offers a scrumptious piece of history with delicateand delicious gluten free and wheat free crêpes.

Handmade home smoked hot dogs topped with pulled pork, smoked beef chilli, chilli jams, candied bacon and all manner of good stuff.
Churros Susanna – Birmingham (24th - 28th)
Very funky stall which sells authentic Spanish Churros and chocolate. Vegan friendly, waffle style sticks served with a pot of warm dipping chocolate, sugar and cinnamon.
Fire and Slice – Stone (24th - 28th)
Freshly prepared artisan wood fired pizza cooked in a clay oven. The menu changes with the seasons and examples of fabulous pizzas include a classic Margherita, made with mozzarella, tomato and fresh basil and The Bomba (Calabrese Salami, fresh chillies and a secret spicy sauce).
Pancake Corner – Manchester (24th - 28th)
Serving a range of mouthwatering sweet and savoury pancakes made fresh, in Manchester. They’d love to flip their pancakes for you !
Tampopo - Manchester (24th - 28th)

Odd Bar’s glorious burger shack will be offering the Festival’s obligatory juicy, delicious, handmade ham burgers and halloumi burgers as well as 12 hour braised pulled pork delights & Tampa style Cubanos. All from their MFDF BBQ. To be enjoyed with beer and music.

Homely as you like, Bobby’s Bangers are bringing their newest and finest offering to The Hub for MFDF, sausage, bacon and mash with a twist and serious flavour!
Our Eat Drink Dance stage at the Festival Hub brings together all life's most beautiful things... food, drink and music. Enjoy an eclectic mix of local solo artists, rockin reggae, community choirs and world famous DJs, all washed down with amazing local beers, wines, ciders, cocktails, produce and THE BEST streetfood around.
