MFDF and Elbow's 'Build a Rocket Boys' beer
One of our own and very best, Elbow have just announced a partnership with Official Festival Brewer Robinsons to launch a brand new beer in support of their new album ‘build a rocket boys!’... and the big news is that the big launch will take place at the Festival!
This means that Festival goers will get the chance to taste the band's own brew before everyone else, when the Robbie's Festival Finale bar opens on Albert Square on Thursday 13th October.
John Robinson, Brand Manager at Robinsons Brewery enthused “We are delighted to partner Elbow- not only do they genuinely enjoy a good pint of cask ale, but their fans comfortably fit the profile of our core customers. We’re looking forward to pulling the first pint of ‘build a rocket boys!’ at its official launch at the Manchester Food & Drink Festival in October”.
The boy's beer is being brewed to Elbow’s own specifications and will be a golden premium session bitter at 4.0% ABV, available in cask only.
Cracking news hey... and alongside the return of the very special Festival ale 'The Manchester Icon' and the rest of Robbinson's award winning brews, the Festival Hub on Albert Square is sure to be an ale-lovers paradise!
