First programme announcements for 2019!
We are delighted to reveal our first events for MFDF 19! As we relocate the Hub to the beautiful Cathedral Gardens, we are going to create a brand new foodie oasis in heart of Manchester city centre, especially for you to enjoy. This autumn we will be bringing you a jam packed calendar of food and drink events with a bigger, better-than-ever epicentre for the Festival’s impressive programme of phenomenal foodie events at the Hub, the new-look Dining Dome will form the centrepiece of this exciting new location on Cathedral Gardens. It will be surrounded by a great variety of bespoke booze offerings including an exceptional gin bar hosted for the first time by J.J. Whitley, a HUGE local craft beer serving up the very best beers from the region’s incredible brewery and micro-brewery, a new wine bar as well as Camden Town Brewery who will be ‘here with beer’ at the Festival Hub.
The City Life stage will feature an eclectic mix of Manchester’s best talent, we’ll be bringing some of the region’s best producers for an artisan market, plus there’ll be chef demos, a cider fest and a whole host of other fantastic foodies popping up throughout the 11 day Festival Hub celebrations.
