Ibérica Restaurants brings the authentic tastes of Spain delivered to your door
The Spanish restaurant group, known for their celebration of the tradition of Andalusian cuisine and ingredients, will bring their restaurant classics, regional specialities, deli items and larder essentials to the popular delivery platforms to be ordered for pick up, or brought straight to the dinner table.
In true Spanish style, dining room adventurers can delve into a veritable feast with traditional Spanish snacks to start including salty sweet Boquerones and Breads and olive oil, delicious with a glass of sparkling Vilarnau Brut Reserva Cava.
The cured meat selection includes their famed jamon Iberico and rich sobrasada drizzled with honey before a rich spread of tapas favourites and new discoveries. Their traditional tapas plates will tempt diners with classics of patatas bravas dressed in aioli, oozing tortillas, pulpo – octopus with paprika and potatoes and serrano ham croquettasalongside the more modern interpretations of Spanish small plates such as confit chicken and fiery romesco sauce and a fresh beetroot orange and pickled fennel salad, hinting of the Moorish influence in Spain.
For a sweet finish, indulge in crisp pastry churros, ready to be dunked into melted chocolate or for true Spanish aficionados, caramelised Catalan style rice pudding – an Ibérica signature dish.
